Order Processing Time

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Orders with multiple special mixed inks (custom Pantone blends) may require additional time since they are mixed to order.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays.

Shipping Carriers

Most orders ship via UPS, which provides reliable delivery and full tracking across the U.S. and Canada.

We may also use USPS for certain lighter packages, P.O. boxes, and rural destinations when it offers better service or pricing.

Flat-Rate Shipping (U.S. & Canada)

We offer flat-rate shipping on all standard orders shipped within:

  • The United States
  • Canada

We have a fixed rate for our shipping.

Expedited Shipping

If you need express, overnight, or rush delivery, please contact us before placing your order:

We will provide a custom expedited quote based on your location and preferred speed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take several hours to appear after the label is created.

Delivery Issues

If a package is delayed, lost, or shows “delivered” but is missing:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local carrier office.
  2. Contact UPS/USPS using your tracking number.
  3. If unresolved, email us and we will assist with the claim process.

We cannot replace items until the carrier’s investigation is complete.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and ink containers.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Keep all packaging until the claim is closed.

We will assist in processing a replacement as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address or Returned Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • You may have the order reshipped by paying the additional shipping cost.
  • Refunds (if eligible) will be issued minus the original shipping charges.
