Returns & Refunds Policy — Blue Press Ink LLC

Special Mixed Inks (Custom Colors)

Special mixed inks cannot be returned or refunded.
Custom color matches are made specifically for your order and cannot be resold.
Your (or your customers’) “perfect” color may never be requested again — especially with over 2,390 Pantone colors, plus metallics, pastels, and fluorescents available in 2026.

Standard Inks (Black Inks & Mixing Colors)

Unused and unopened standard inks may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Customer must pay return shipping.
  • A 15% return fee applies.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the ink is received and inspected.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Credit timing may vary depending on your card issuer.

Items must be in new, unopened, and resale-ready condition to qualify.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Special mixed/custom inks
  • Opaque White
  • Metallic inks
  • Fluorescent inks
  • Additives (driers, reducers, bases, wax/drier blends, etc.)
  • Tools, brayers, and supplies once opened or used
  • Clearance items

Manufacturer-supplied products follow the manufacturer’s own return policies.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Please include your order number and a photo of what was received. We will send the correct item at no cost.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and product.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Keep all packaging until the carrier claim is complete.

We will replace damaged items as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and request a return (if eligible) for the original item.

Refund Timeline

Once the return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days on our end.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take 3–10 business days to post the credit.

We cannot influence or accelerate bank processing times.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are mixed, packed, or shipped.
Once production begins (especially for custom mixes), cancellations may not be possible.
